National and International Examinations


With the help of an integrated curriculum and supporting classes, our students are prepared for the following exams effectively.


PSLCE: Primary School Leaving Certificate Examination, 8th Grade National Examination

EGSECE: Ethiopian General Secondary Education of Certificate Examination, 10th Grade National Examination

EHEECE: Ethiopian Higher Education Entrance Certificate Examination, 12th Grade National Examination


SAT: The SAT is a globally recognized college and university admission test that lets you show colleges and universities what you know and how well you can apply that knowledge. It tests your knowledge of reading, writing and math subjects that are taught every day in high school classrooms. Most students take the  SAT during their junior or senior year of high school, and almost all colleges and universities use the SAT to make admission decisions.

IGCSE: The International General Certificate of Secondary Education is an internationally recognized qualification for students. The Cambridge IGCSE was developed by University of Cambridge International Examinations .The IGCSE prepares students for further academic work including progression to AS Level and A Level study, Cambridge Pre-U and the IB Diploma Program. It is recognized by academic institutions and employers around the world. The Cambridge IGCSE is recognized as equivalent, grade-for-grade, to the UK GCSE.

TOEFL: The Test of English as a Foreign Language evaluates the ability of an individual to use and understand English in an academic setting. It sometimes is an admission requirement for non-native English speakers at many English-speaking colleges and universities.

IELTS: International English Language Testing System, is an international standardized test of English language proficiency. It is jointly managed by University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations, the British Council and IDP Education Pty Ltd, and was established in 1989.
